The first thing first. Everything that we have created doesn’t come from the blue. We based it on research findings and our and our colleagues’ extensive expertise in the field of MIL, and we double-checked everything with the actual users – teachers.

To find what you need easier, we’ve developed the MILbox framework. It’s built on the premises of DigComp 2.2 (the fourth iteration of EC digital competence framework) and enhanced with the latest EC expert group work (which we had the joy to participate in ourselves!) on tackling disinformation and teaching media and information literacy. You do not need to learn or read the framework (although it’s never harmful) before you can use any of our developed tools. It’s handy for more information and context when you become somewhat accustomed to the MIL topic.
